They shared on various challenges such as getting up the minimum viable product, funding the business, evolution of the business as well as organisational structure and HR Challenges. They also shared that the RC9 team is constantly experimenting and innovating to keep up with the modern technology and consumer trends.
The Msc TIP has been offered by NTU since 2002 and aims to equip students with essential entrepreneurial skills and business acumen to turn novel ideas into successful ventures.

Case Study on Local Tech Company’s Success Stories
The case study is undertaken as part of the Master of Science in Technopreneurship and Innovation Programme from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. They are looking to conduct research on a successful local technology company to present a case study on the learning points behind the identified organisation’s success in overcoming the identified problem and achieving stellar results.
Amongst other achievements, they are particularly interested in our organisation’s ability to overcome organisational challenges and the ability to achieve transformational change. The leadership, thinking, processes and execution behind your organisation’s success present important learning points to business and entrepreneurship students and we are keen to work on exploring and presenting these learning points as the angle of our case study. They also strongly believe that our case study on our journey will provide invaluable sharing with future entrepreneurs in Singapore.
